Queen Mary Hospital (QMH) is one of the major regional acute public hospitals under the Hospital Authority (HA). It is also the teaching hospital of Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong. Apart from public service, QMH also provides private out-patient specialist service. QMH private clinic service is provided by the University professors, HA doctors and clinical psychologists approved by Queen Mary Hospital (please find the attached list of specialists). For the lists of specialists, please call the concerned clinic for enquiry.

New Case Registration

• Please call the concerned Private Clinic for appointment enquiry. The patient is required to submit a referral letter, either by fax or in person. Please specify the patient’s name, ID, contact telephone number and the name of the preferred doctor.
• The clinic will pass the referral letter to the concerned doctor. If the referral is accepted, the clinic will arrange the first consultation appointment and inform patient accordingly

Important notes

• In the Hospital Authority, a patient can only register as either public or private patient status under the same sub-specialty. If a public patient decides to opt for private patient, his/her public patient status will be cancelled.
• If a private patient decides to change status from private to public, he/she should go to the reception of the clinic for the necessary arrangement. The staff will help the patient to change status.

Payment Methods

Our Private Clinic accepts: Cash, Credit Card and EPS. For fees and charges, please approach the clinic staff.

Consultation Fee

First consultation	: HK$790 – HK$2,210 per visit
Subsequent consultation	: HK$640 – HK$1,990 per visit

Service Hours

Monday to Friday	: 9:00am to 1:00pm; 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday	: Closed
