Arrangement on Overdue Appointment

Absence of new case appointment: please provide a new referral
letter from doctor and make booking as a new case again.

Patient not available to attend the scheduled appointment: please
contact the clinics in person by phone or email for rescheduling
in advance. The new appointment will be scheduled according to the
availability. The contact number and email address can be found on
the appointment slip.

Same follow-up consultation can be rescheduled at a maximum of two
times. Patient who misses appointment twice, please provide a new
referral letter from doctor and make booking as a new case again.

For revisit patient who does not attend the appointment for one
year or above beyond the last scheduled booking, please provide a
referral letter from doctor and make booking as a new case again.
